We are looking for an engaged and organized administrator to join our team in the production kitchen at Sätrahöjden. Every day, we prepare and deliver approximately 8,000 meals to schools, preschools, and the elderly in home care.
Behind every successful delivery lies careful planning – and that is where you come in. As an administrator with us, you become the hub of our operations. You ensure that the flow of orders, invoices, special diet registrations, and customer contacts runs completely smoothly.
Main responsibilities:
- Process orders from home customers in the diet data system Mathilda, as well as manage the printing and distribution of menus.
- Register new customers in the system.
- Staff the Service Center between 08:00–16:00.
- Other occasional tasks in the office.
Qualifications
- Experience in administrative work.
- Good computer and system skills.
- Fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form, with good command of English in both spoken and written form.
- It is an advantage if you have documented experience in service work, such as customer service, reception, or switchboard.
- You are detail-oriented and follow procedures.
- You thrive working both independently and in a team, and actively contribute to a positive work environment.
Working Hours/Duration
Full-time/Part-time, fixed-term employment until 2027-05-31. There is an opportunity to extend the employment thereafter if needed.
